Based on data from the U. S. Naval Observatory Astronomical Applications Department, it is now possible to wind back the clock on the universe and determine when the astronomical new moons and full moons would have occurred at any point in history. Based on those calculations, and taking all the Biblical and available historical and archaeological information into account, we can now determine with a very high degree of accuracy the date of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. Below is a chart using the NASA data to determine both the Gregorian and Hebrew dates of the most important days in the history of the world.
